Greencastle, PA: Graphics Universal Incorporated, a leading provider of innovative print solutions to the quad state region is pleased to announce the latest additions to its growing list of leading edge digital printing technology.
“We’ve been very busy updating our equipment list the past several months,” stated Garon Gembe, President, “Since January we’ve installed an Esko Automation Engine Workflow, an Esko CDI Spark 2530 computer to plate, platesetter and two Ricoh 7110 full-color digital printers.
The Esko workflow and platesetter are key technology enhancements to our pre-press workflow that enable us to maintain our high quality and consistency levels as we scale our operation. The Ricoh 7110’s are the first to be installed in the region. They provide offset level quality and a range of variable printing and finishing capabilities, including a square backed, saddle stitch binding that simulates a perfect binding at a fraction of the cost.
Gembe continued, “I must commend my production management team for the level of due diligence they provide me when we make these investments. Truth be told, it is one of the primary reasons we have been able to consistently make sound technology investments and maintain our leadership position for so many years.”
